KRAB Pocket Filters

KRAB reusable pocket filters save more money and show higher environmental compatibility than disposable counterparts. Their filter inserts (cartridges) cost less than disposable filters. There is no metal or plastic in the consumables, so they are easier to use and dispose of.

The two main components of a pocket filter are the frame and the filter insert. The design of conventional (disposable) filters is not dismountable, therefore, when replacing a conventional (disposable) filter, both of these components are to be changed, and this leads to an excessive consumption of raw materials. KRAB offers to save money: the developer, EuroTech Filter, has created a frame that can be used for a long time, with only the inserts (cartridges) replaced. The frame for KRAB reusable devices is dismountable, the company has patented this unique design.

When compared to cassette filters, pocket-type air cleaning units are distinguished by high performance, large filtering surface area and long service life.

1. Opening the filter block

2. We take out the reusable filter "KRAB"

3. Remove the locks and disassemble the reusable filter "KRAB"

4. Change the dirty filter insert (cartridge) to a new one

5. Installing the reusable KRAB filter back

6. Installing the reusable KRAB filter back

7. Filter replacement completed

The design of the KRAB pocket filter does not allow for incorrect or non-tight installation of the filter insert (cartridge). The frames are made of galvanized steel, which guarantees a long service life of the product.

Pocket filters are widely used for primary and fine air purification. They are implemented either in supply ventilation or for removal of impurities from the exhaust air before it is released into the atmosphere. Depending on the purity class, filter inserts can retain large dust particles, pollen, smoke and bacteria.
